1. Introduction : These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Elhussini Limited,a company incorporated in London, United Kingdom. By engaging with our services, whetherdigital, creative, or software-based, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms in full.
‍2. Services Scope : Elhussini Limited provides web development, branding, creative services, and software platforms(“Services”). All services delivered are defined by individual contracts, proposals, or invoices sent tothe client prior to work commencement.
‍3. User Obligations : You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate with project timelines, and not use ourservices for any unlawful, unethical, or exploitative purposes. You also acknowledge fullresponsibility for content you provide.
‍4. Intellectual Property : Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, code, designs, and strategies remain the soleintellectual property of Elhussini Limited until full payment is received. After full payment, rights maybe assigned as detailed in the individual agreement.
‍5. Payments & Refunds : All payments are due according to the terms outlined in your invoice. Deposits are non-refundableunless explicitly stated. Refunds are only applicable where services have not been initiated. If aclient cancels midway, Elhussini Limited reserves the right to retain work completed and chargeaccordingly.
‍6. Limitation of Liability : Elhussini Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, includingbut not limited to lost profits, delays, or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability touse our services or platforms.
‍7. Governing Law : These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Anydisputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
‍8. Privacy & Data Protection : We are committed to data privacy. Any client data shared with Elhussini Limited is confidential andhandled in accordance with GDPR and relevant UK data protection regulations. We do not sell orshare client data with third parties.
‍9. Termination : Elhussini Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any point for breaches ofthese Terms. You may also request termination in writing, subject to the terms under section 5.
‍10. Platform Usage (If Applicable) : When using platforms, SaaS, or tools provided by Elhussini Limited, you agree not to misuse thesystem, interfere with other users, or attempt to access unauthorized areas. Any misuse may resultin account suspension or legal action.
‍11. Amendments : Elhussini Limited reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Continueduse of our services or platforms following an update indicates your acceptance of the modifiedterms.
